My name is Kayla and I'm a Christ-follower and coffee-lover.

I happened on to photography during my college career at Baptist Bible College. I quickly realized that it is one of my greatest joys to capture genuine moments and authentic emotions that tell a story - what I like to call "the good stuff".
I serve in full-time ministry and get to tell the story of how God is using people to impact the world around them through picture and video - which is why I specialize in live events and lifestyle portraits.

I started Pura Vida Photography with the hope of providing quality, affordable images that tell the story of all "the good stuff" in your life.

My name is Jacob! I'm currently a student at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO where I'm earning a degree in pastoral studies with a minor in intercultural studies.

I'm always cheesin' and down for some pizza, football, and adventure!

I specialize in detail and creative shots. My favorite part of photography is catching that one moment or detail that stands out and speaks volumes to the rest of the album. I love getting to know people by taking their photo, which helps me to better creatively tell their story!
